The Customer must supply appropriate disconnect equipment between the Dryer Power Panel and the electrical utility as required by local and national electrical codes.
The Dryer will be supplied to the specifications ordered. The Serial Number Plate on the back side of the Control Panel Door will give the specifications and power requirements for your specific model.
The Electrical Specifications Table in the Dryer Owner-Operator Manual will also list power requirements.
Power Requirements: Service Disconnect
Plan the power requirements and any needs for reduced voltage starting with your local electrical supplier. The Owner must supply appropriate disconnect equipment between the Dryer Disconnect and the electrical utility as required by local and national electrical codes. Depending on local codes, it is the responsibility of the local electrician and/or Owner to clearly mark/apply and follow SAFETY Warnings for HIGH VOLTAGE DANGERS within the Service Disconnect.
Dryer Disconnect
The Dryer Disconnect supplied with the Dryer has a main circuit breaker/disconnect for the Dryer.

Schematics clearly show how the various Controls are interlocked and allow a qualified electrician to quickly troubleshoot electrical problems or malfunctions. Keep the Schematics and this Manual in a handy place for future reference in case of the need for service.
