DRYING MODE ONE:
FULL HEAT - Single Zone (D Models only)
Full Heat - Single Zone mode is possible with SQD models only. This mode provides the most capacity for the size of Dryer, and significantly better efficiency than pressure cooling. It also presents the least thermal shock to the grain. Full Heat requires a cooling bin and close management of the drying process to accurately predict the final moisture in the bin. Moisture measurement is also more difficult for hot grain. Full Heat derives its efficiency from the energy remaining in the kernel, which expels moisture in the cooling process.
