IMPORTANT!
With the exception of a CONVERSION to the BROCK® QUANTUM® Controller specifically designed for use with the BROCK® SUPERB® Dryer, installing a non-BROCK® (another manufacturer’s) Controller or any other type Controller on a BROCK® SUPERB® Dryer WILL VOID THE WARRANTY on the BROCK® SUPERB® Dryer.
Control Box
Service and program the computer component properly. Failure to properly service this computer component according to its specific Manual could damage the equipment and void the Warranty. The Dryer must be completely installed with auxiliary equipment ready to run BEFORE either Controller system can be tested or will work properly.

To prevent loss during shipping, the Key to the Controller Box is shipped inside the Dryer Disconnect Box. Uninstall the 5/16'' bolt. To open the Box, then reinstall the Bolt.

SPECTRUM® Electronic Based Temperature Controller (Standard)
This Controller comes mounted in a dual, industrial weatherproof door with a dust- proof, lighted Control Panel.
It includes four-line LCD display, temperature-based moisture control, burner cycle timer, batch timer, alarm horn, unload auxiliary delay timer, shutdown logging, wet grain sampler
• Automatically adjusts Unload Conveyor speed to maintain accurate discharge moisture
• Incorporates all times, temperature controls and burner cycle timer
• Includes built-in control diagnostics
• Can be ungraded to a QUANTUM® Controller

QUANTUM® Controller (Optional)
Microprocessor-based controls are designed to continuously monitor grain moisture as grain enters and leaves the Dryer. QUANTUM® Includes:
- Burner cycle timer, AMC, batch timer kit, CF auxiliary unload delay timer, minor alarm timer, cool down timer, exit grain temperature limit, wet grain sampler, unload rate limit, moisture sensors
- Adjusts outlet speed to maintain uniform target moisture levels on dried grain
- Adjusts Plenum temperature and/or unload rate to maintain uniform target moisture levels on dried grain.
